Dr. Atthreya was a prolific writer. He was always aware of the tremendous  power of the pen.

His diverse interests,  his travels, his  wide exposure to people from different backgrounds, different states, and rich experience, prompted him to write  on a wide range  of subjects. He shared a close camaraderie with his dear friend Mr. Madhav Kamath ( M. V. Kamath)  and often engaged in discussions relating to public administration and responsible citizenry, and every meeting, resulted in a writing for both!
